What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. Short, because the site does very little.
Who this is
This website is operated by Two Koats Painting, LLC, 249 Central Park Ave, Suite 300-68, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. You can reach us at nate@twokoatspainting.com or (757) 288-1905.
What we collect
What you send us. This site has no forms. Booking an estimate takes you to our scheduling provider, on their own website, and whatever you type there is held by them under their privacy policy and used to book and run your estimate. Calling or emailing us reaches us directly. Either way, what we receive is used to answer you and to schedule your estimate. Nothing more.
Analytics. If website analytics are enabled, Google Analytics records anonymous usage such as which pages are visited, roughly where in the world the visitor is, and whether someone tapped the phone number. It does not tell us who you are.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We have no interest in your data beyond painting your house.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use a cookie consent banner, because it does not need one for anything it does itself. If analytics are enabled, Google sets its own cookies to distinguish one visit from another. You can block or delete those in your browser settings, and the site will work exactly the same.
Do not track
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, treat this as our response: we do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this website, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
Where your enquiry goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to Two Koats Painting through Resend, our email provider. They may also be copied into the scheduling system the business uses to manage estimates and jobs. Both are used to run the business and nothing else.
Text messages
If you call Two Koats Painting and the call is not answered, an automated text is sent back to the number you called from, asking what you need. If you submit a quote form on this site and tick the optional text box, you may get a text confirming it arrived. After a completed job you may get one text asking for a review. That is the whole program: service messages about your own enquiry or your own job.
Message frequency varies and depends on what you contact us about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. Your number is used to reply to you about your own enquiry and nothing else. We do not send promotions or marketing by text.
Texts are sent on our behalf by our messaging provider so they can be delivered, and by the software that runs our phone and review follow-up. Neither uses your number for anything other than delivering these messages. The full program is set out in our terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for quoting, scheduling and warranting work, and for as long as tax and business records require. If you would rather we did not keep yours, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights in Virginia
Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, including the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to obtain a copy. To exercise any of those, email nate@twokoatspainting.com or call (757) 288-1905 and say so. There is no form to fill in and no fee.
Children
This site is for homeowners arranging painting work and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Third parties
This site is hosted by Vercel, email is delivered by Resend, fonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, and the star rating shown on the site is read from the Google Business Profile. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. This version is current as of October 2026.
