Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Book a time or send the form, and Nate does the walkthrough himself. He looks at the actual surfaces and gives you a written scope that says what is included and what is not, along with a number to go with it.
How do I get an estimate from Two Koats Painting?
Three ways, and none of them cost anything. Book a time directly through the scheduling link on the site, which works at eleven at night. Send the form if you would rather describe the project and be called back. Or call (757) 288-1905. Nate reads the forms himself. Tell him which rooms, or which side of the house, and he will come out and look at what is actually there.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No, though most people are for at least part of it. What matters is that you are there for the walkthrough at the start and for the walk-through at the end, when we go room to room with a light and fix anything you point at.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. Furniture is moved to the middle of the room and covered, floors are protected, and hardware and fixtures come off rather than getting cut around.
